SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICIES

 

Shipping charges and expected delivery dates are displayed in your shopping bag at the time of
your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email.
We package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification. Based
on our location and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for
your order. The carriers that may be used include, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel
Service (UPS), or FedEx.

U.S. STANDARD

Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 5-7 business days for the United States
and selected Territories. Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O.
addresses.

U.S. EXPEDITED

Orders must be made before 4:00 p.m. EST to guarantee that your order is processed on the same
day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review, including credit card authorization
and verification. As a result, there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is
greatly appreciated. Expedited delivery methods are not available for PO Boxes or APO/FPO
addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, orders submitted online can be shipped to over 55 international destinations.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGES POLICIES

Currently, we only accept exchanges for items that are in their original condition: unwashed and
unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Customers have up to 10 business days
to return their item(s) to be exchanged.
Final sale items cannot be exchanged. Items which are damaged or defective may be exchanged
at any time.
